ConneXion
Our Sunday School is “rock solid.”
This parable is the basis for our Sunday School program, which is based on the Rock Solid curriculum that nurtures our children from Saintly Seedlings to full grown Christian adults filled with the wonders of God and a love for their neighbor. At ASUMC, we want all of our children to build a strong faith foundation so that when the storms of life overwhelm them (and they will at some time or another), their house of faith will not fall away. It will stand strong and give them the comfort, strength, and shelter found only in a loving God.
At each age level on every Sunday the children will be invited to a faith experience. It is during this time that they can come to a better understanding of God and what God calls them to do and be. They come to know Jesus as the Son of God and take his messages to heart.
ConneXion (Sunday School Sessions)
Children’s Sunday School meets during the traditional school year in Brier Creek Elementary School classrooms at 9:30 am before worship. The sessions are divided among the following age groups:
Saintly Seedlings – 2 years old through Preschool (taught by Ms. Stacy and Ms. Kim)
Blessed Buds – Kindergarten through Second Grade (teachers needed!)
Sacred Sprouts – Third Grade through Fifth Grade (taught by Ms. Kristy and Ms. Laura)
If you enjoy working with children and are looking for ways you could contribute your gifts to All Saints’, Lead Sunday School Teacher might be a calling you would like to pursue. Just contact Beth Greive (beth.greive@gmail.com).
Don’t miss out on this exciting and fulfilling opportunity. You will be provided with lots of support and love through this ministry! Each class will have a paid childcare worker to work with you to plan lessons.
