Meet the All Saints' UMC Staff:


Laura Fine Ledford

Laura is our Lead Pastor and gathers people into communion with Jesus Christ through the four-fold office of Word (preaching and teaching), Sacrament (presiding over and inviting others into the sacraments), Order (leading the staff and leadership team), and Service (helping cast and clarify vision). Laura graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke Divinity School. She and her husband Rodney enjoy chasing after their two fantastic and funny sons, and cheering for the Tar Heels.

Rozanna Goocey

Rozanna serves as our Minister of Music and Liturgy. She has a Bachelor of Music degree from East Carolina University and a Masters of Sacred Music from Southern Methodist University. Rozanna has served as a Minister of Music, Choir Director and Organist in a variety of churches over the past 13 years.

Reed McNitzky

Reed is our interim Minister of Discipleship. Reed attended the University of Texas of Austin, where he graduated in 2015 with a degree in Religious Studies. Reed recently completed a Masters of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School. In May, he will be married and return to the Rio Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church, his home conference, to serve in ministry.

Christen Borrello

Christen Borrello

Christen is the Director and Lead Teacher for our Preschool, which meets during the week at the ministry center. Christen is originally from Springfield, Virginia. She received a BS in Sociology from Virginia Tech, and a Masters of Education, Preschool through Elementary, from Marymount University. She has taught at various preschools and elementary schools over the past 23 years. Christen loves living in North Carolina with her husband, her son and daughter, and their two little dogs.

Becca Boyer

Becca is serving as our intern from Duke Divinity School. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Becca graduated in 2015 from the University of South Carolina and is now in her third and final year of her Master of Divinity degree. Becca’s work among us will focus on our missional and community engagement. Becca hopes to serve as a Deacon in the Rio Texas Conference of The United Methodist Church.

Sue Ellen Nicholson

As Minister of Administration and Operations, Sue Ellen helps to facilitate the daily operations of the church and supports the pastoral and program staff. Sue Ellen also supports the church leadership teams in their various ministries. She is originally from Rocky Mount, NC and has a BA in Accounting from NC State University and a Masters of Divinity from Duke Divinity School.
